Fiji's military defends Public Order Decree.
After being praised for deciding to remove the Public Emergency Regulations last week, Fiji's military backed regime has been criticised for replacing them with a redrafted Public Order Decree, which along with the existing Media Industry Decree, is seen as ensuring there is no change in restrictions on reporting and on the public.
