Calls for UN talks over Thai-Cambodia conflict
The United Nations secretary general, Ban Ki-moon, says he is very concerned about the ongoing border conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, but there is no sign as yet that the security council will respond to Phnom Penh's calls for an emergency meeting.
