Australian government to rewrite Migration Act

The Australian government plans to rewrite the Migration Act to allow offshore processing, after the High Court scuttled what's become known as the Malaysia deal an agreement between Canberra and Kuala Lumpur to swap 800 asylum seekers for four thousand refugees.
